As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will be varied, but essentially you will be connecting skilled professionals with businesses within your specialist sector. We specalise in five niche and interesting areas, including Digital, Engineering, Legal, Financial Services and Insurance.
Recruitment Consultants are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to permanent or contract positions. You will build relationships to gain a better understanding of your clients’ recruitment needs and requirements therefore being able to match the most suitable candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls to prospective and existing clients
- Visiting clients onsite to build and develop relationships
- Developing an understanding of each client’s product or service
- Developing a strong understanding of each client’s requirement, culture, and environment
- Using social media to advertise vacancies, attract candidates and build relationships
- Reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
- Working towards and exceeding targets that will relate to the number of candidates placed, the value to be billed to clients and business leads generated
- Ensure productivity levels are maintained to agreed targets
