As a Delivery Consultant your responsibilities will be varied, but essentially you will be attracting exceptional candidates within your specialist sector. It will be your responsibility to ensure that each candidate submitted is a fit for the particular role.
Responsibilities:
Candidate research and talent pooling within a particular industry or market
Advertising vacancies on a range of different platforms including websites, job boards and social media
Ensure all high priority vacancies have been resourced using both internal and external databases to create comprehensive shortlists
Using social media to advertise vacancies, attract candidates and build relationships
Qualify candidates to discuss their needs and match to relevant roles
Prepare CVs to submit to clients to review
Arranging interviews for candidates and ensuring they receive all relevant documentation that enables them to fully prepare for the interview
Work towards Key Performance Indicators as set by the business
Create a strategic sourcing strategy to attract more candidates
Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients
Attend client meetings with consultants when necessary to gain a better understanding of the vacancies
