Title: Senior Claims Handler

We’re looking for a Senior Claims Handler to join a high-performing team and take ownership of a diverse caseload of complex, pre-litigated claims.

Responsibilities:
- Managing large Loss and Complex claims
- Personal Injury (PI)
- Credit Hire
- Property Damage
- Employer’s Liability (EL)
- Public Liability (PL)
- Other third-party losses
Requirements:
- Proven experience in third-party claims handling (legal, insurance, or claims management background)
- Strong expertise in personal injury claims, especially large loss cases over £100k
- Familiarity with case law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach
*Experience in EL/PL, credit hire, or property damage is welcome, but can also be developed on the job.
