The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own caseloads, assist clients through the drafting of relevant documents and ensure compliance to enable housing transactions to go through smoothly. You will be working closely with our client’s Conveyancing Assistants and Legal Administrators to ensure a first class service is provided.
In this role you will assume full start-to-finish responsibility for residential conveyancing matters, supporting other members of the team and liaising with clients as appropriate. Take ownership of the allocated caseload liaise with developers and oversee the smooth progress of all property transactions. You will also work closely with the others within the wider Real Estate Group and ensure all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.

- Prior experience working in a high volume case management role within the property sector
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

- An ability and willingness to build relationships
