Heat have been instructed on an exciting, brand new opportunity with one of the leading renewable energy law firms in London. This multi award winning firm are widely renowned for their work in the energy space and as a full service international law firm they are highly tiered in many of their specialist areas across the Legal 500 and Chambers. 
The Opportunity
The firm are looking to hire a bright, ambitious Projects Associate (qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales, 2-4PQE) to join this market leading Energy Projects  practice.
The position focuses more on the construction side of projects, and whilst there will be some potential for project finance work, this role will definitely suit a Solicitor looking to specialise in construction matters within this space. Work will include but not limited to drafting, negotiations and/or due diligence for EPC contracts used in relation to procure the construction of utility-scale energy projects, O&M servicing agreements. Must have familiarity with FIDIC Yellow Book, and experience with cross border work. 
This position will really suit someone who has an interest in largescale cross border renewable projects, particularly in overseas markets such as the US.
