The Opportunity:
Our client’s Planning department cover a wide variety of work – you could at time be working on major residential development schemes, or perhaps an off shore wind farms located out to sea, , new rail and road projects, airport developments, or waste and mineral projects; the variation of work is vast!
This is a high quality role with a national planning practice which is widely regarded as one of the best in the UK. Rated by Chambers as a national leading practice for planning and infrastructure.
Joining a team of around 25 fee earners – you will be offered the opportunity to service clients a over a range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial and infrastructure and environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.
This role will see you working on large scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisitions, giving strategic planning advice, reviewing environmental statements, assisting with project management and supporting our national real estate practice.
This role can justifiably be recognised as one the highest calibre Planning roles you are likely to view outside of the City.
