A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join an award-winning, well-established firm of independent financial planners based in Oxfordshire.
Following a period of strong growth, the firm is expanding its technical team and is seeking a technical paraplanner who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial planning support to advisers and clients.
This role offers genuine long-term career development, exam and study support, and the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive office culture.
The Opportunity
- Join a growing, highly respected IFA firm with a strong client base
- Work as a key member of the paraplanning and technical team (5 paraplanners and 10 Advisers)
- Be actively involved in report writing, research, and client case preparation

To be considered for this paraplanner opportunity:
- Experience working within an IFA practice is essential
- Previous paraplanning experience required
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or very close to achieving
- Professional, proactive, and positive attitude
- High attention to detail and strong technical ability
