Litigation Director/Partner

One of the UK’s leading reginal law firms has an exciting opportunity for a Partner, Director or Senior Associate with a following to join their award-winning, Legal 500 ranking Litigation team in Bristol; representing a wide variety of clients, including large household names.

This team cover a range of matters for high and ultra-high net worth clients, and are specialists in all areas of disputes including Commercial Litigation, Construction, Corporate disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes, Real Estate Litigation, and Insolvency

As a Director or Partner you will work closely with the Dispute Resolution team together with other Partners and more generally across the firm. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful team and be able to mentor and oversee the work of junior lawyers and help them to progress in their careers, whilst at the same time developing new business. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and really make your mark on a team.

Skills and Experience

• Be a qualified lawyer with at least 8 years‚Äô experience in private client matters (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply)
• Ideally have experience in a similarly sized or larger firm working with a range of litigation clients
• Have managerial experience and be keen to take on a managerial role.
• Be a strong leader with an interest in business development.
• Be commercially minded with clear goals.
• Ideally have a strong referral network or a following.
