A well-established Financial Planning firm in Brighton is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join its Client Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in financial services, working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Team Leaders in a collaborative and professional environment.

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the client lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting the advice team.
To be considered for this IFA Admin position:
• At least 1 year’s experience in financial services administration
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) is advantageous
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise client requests
• Eagerness to continue personal and professional development
