About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and motivated IFA Administrator to join our financial planning team. You will provide essential administrative support to advisers, ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient, and compliant service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and correspondence

  • Process client instructions across pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products

  • Support advisers with fact finds, suitability reports, and client meetings

  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards

  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations

  • Assist with general office administration and team workflow management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA or advisory environment

  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection is an advantage

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under deadlines

  • IT proficient, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
