Job Title: Large Loss Claims Handler.
Salary: £25,000 Р£35,000 + car allowance + discretionary yearly bonus + 25 days holiday and other comprehensive benefits.
Location: Fully Remote.
Are you a Claims Handler with experience handling Fire/Flood or Escape of Water claims?
We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Claims Handler for South-East to manage a portfolio of complex claims for our customers to join a Claims Management company that delivers straightforward and reliable claims solutions and specialises within household and motor insurance.
The company uses leading technology in to offer quick and reliable service to their policyholders, whilst also growing hugely.
The Opportunity:
The successful large loss claims handler will be visiting policy holders’ homes 2-3 times a week to access contents damage, record all the losses, value and negotiate claims settlements for contents damage and the remaining working days doing admin. The role will involve managing large loss claims within all perils, except subsidence, with claim sizes starting at £10,000.
Due to your hard work, you will be rewarded with an opportunity to be able to progress your professional CII / CILA qualifications.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of previous experience working in an insurance claim-related handling role.
- High-level understanding of insurance/indemnity policies and legal structure.
- Proven capability of claims negotiation with policyholders and Loss Assessors.
- Full and clean driving license.
