An established firm in East Kent are looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their widely recognised Private Client department. This is an opportunity to work with experienced Partners and other Senior Solicitors.
The Opportunity:
The role will have a mixed caseload that includes Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Having experience in trust matters and Court of Protection matters is beneficial but is not essential.
Solicitors and Charted Legal Executives with specialist accreditations such as STEP and SFE is preferred. This firm offers 40% working from home as they see it as effective and beneficial.
What’s needed to be considered?:
- Experience within a Private Client department 
- STEP or SFE
- Full-time, Permanent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with a mixed caseload
- Salary depending on experience
