Heat Human Resources is currently partnering an exciting SME based in Media City to recruit a Senior HR Advisor. This is a 12 month fixed term contract paying up to £40,000.
Reporting into the UK Business Manager you will partner with the business on all generalist HR activities as well as facilities and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Be accountable for all day to day employee relations
- Maintain a suite of systems, policies and procedures
- Work with the business to drive cultural instigators including ED&I and engagement
- Support all communication initiatives around engagement surveys and new policies and procedures
- Produce monthly HR Data and recognize and report on any trends
- Have accountability for all on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Ensure all HR and Health and safety files are kept up to date
- Ensure all office requirements are kept in order
 
The suitable candidate for this role will be operating as a strong HR Generalist and be comfortable working in a stand alone role. You will also be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and ensuring the smooth running of the HR Service.
