I have the pleasure of working with a Leading Financial Services firm based in Surrey, due to growth they are looking to add a further 3rd Line Support professional to the team on a permanent basis.  The role is office based so please only apply if you in the Surrey area and open to onsite working conditions. 
3rd Line Support Specification:   

  • You will have a minimum of 4 years‚Äô experience in a similar role as a 2nd /3rd Line Support in an SLA, CSAT, ITIL driven environment.
  • You will have experience with desktop and server operating systems, O365, SaaS, MDM, and other tools of the trade.
  • You will have a working understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, GPO, basic networking, Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Extensive knowledge of AD and AAD structure, configuration & administration
  • Scripting (Batch, PowerShell, etc)
  • Knowledge of security related concepts, frameworks, and tooling
  • Experience on managing Centralised Antivirus, Application packages.
  • Systems administration and networking experience
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of computing hardware, including PCs, Servers, mobile devices, and laptops
  • Out of the box troubleshooting, ability to combine information while understanding the larger scale situation, and skills to communicate with non-technical resources.
  • Able to pass fit and proper checks for working in financial services.¬†
