A growing Building Automation organisation are seeking a BMS Project Engineer to join their rapidly growing organisation on some of the largest projects within the UK.
As a BMS Project Engineer you will design, develop and help to implement technically advanced, effective, and optimised solutions for client Building Management Systems.
This is a both an office and field-based position supporting client projects throughout the UK.
The role
- Initial system design specification of BMS systems and upgrades
- Costing to produce proposals and tenders.
- Design, plan and implement client BMS system, in line with client requirements.
- Commissioning BMS systems from field devices to system operation and system interfaces
What’s needed to be considered?
- Experienced within service and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Firm understanding of electrical control panel installation, function, and integration.
- Able to write functional descriptions of operation and associated assurance documents.
- Relevant qualifications (Mechanical/Electrical building services and control)
- Proficient in networking and BMS protocols
