The Opportunity

• The service line focuses on defending solicitors from claims and being part if this team you will be able to interact with clients on a regular basis, sharing your knowledge and providing meaningful advice.
• You will be involved in fast-paced and high-profile work, that will include defending Court proceedings and at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
• You will also have responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of complex and high value cases, such as pre-action and High Court litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as mediation.
