The Opportunity
This leading Tax practice provide expert advice to a range of high end clientele and intermediaries comprising small to medium size businesses, various corporate entities, investors, entrepreneurs, multinational blue chip companies, trusts, charities and high net worth individuals domiciled in the UK and based overseas.
Matters will be varied and you will advise on the tax issues and policies related to corporate finance, HMRC investigations, property development, inward investments, structuring, disclosure of irregularities, restructuring, mediation and the setting up and disposing of assets and shares.
This will really suit an Associate looking to transition to a more client-facing and project leading role, where you will not be pigeon holed and will be actively encouraged to get involved in a diverse caseload and new business development alongside the Partners.
