A modern regional law firm in Northamptonshire are actively looking to recruit a qualified property lawyer into their established conveyancing team.
The Opportunity:
Your primary role will be as a fee earner and you will be responsible for your own caseload, with the support of a Legal Assistant. This will be mixed to include: sale and purchases; leases; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity; among others.
This firm provide their staff with lots of training and support and are able to provide homeworking as and when required.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Be a qualified Residential Property Lawyer – Either as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
- Possess experience of handling your own caseload.
